Steps:

1. Get together in your groups and work on the three point lighting project with green screen.
2. Turn in your  Dialog with Plot Twist project. – WAS DUE SEVERAL DAYS AGO.
3. Work on Final Portfolio Project.

Today’s Exercise: Three Point Lighting w/ Green Screen.

Step 1:

Get together in your groups, and come up with a scenario that either has someone dissolving, someone on fire, someone with lazers out of their eyes, or  someone flying .

Step 2:

In the studio arrange the arrange the lights so that the actor has proper background separation and is evenly lit on both sides.

Step 3: Record 30 seconds of video of your actor doing something, imagining that the special effect is already in place.

Step 4: Put the lights back in the position you found them in.

Step 3: Transfer the video footage to one  computer and call Mr. Strong over to make sure that the actor is properly lit on both sides and proper background separation is happening.

Step 5: Turn in the footage to Classroom with a description of what you want to happen both in the background and to the actor. Example: I want my person to be swimming underwater.. Strong will apply the after effects special effects.

This will be complete by Thursday for Period 2 on THURSDAY and for Period 4 it will be due on FRIDAY.
